GCh. Zima’s Porosha of White Magic, ‘Powder’, finally took Best of Breed at the Great Barrington KC show on February 5, 2012 over GCh. White Magic’s Ain’T Go’N Away, “Crush.’” Crush took Best of Breed to Powder’s Best of Opposite the day before. The two became parents of a litter born 9/16/12.”

The two top Sammies, Candie and Hammy, took breed and best of opposite. Candie went on to win Best in Show. There were 51 Sammies entered – so we share a great honor coming in behind the Peebles Run team and ahead of 48 other dogs! Debbie Studwell, Powder’s handler is just super. And her C.J. won the SIberians. WOO HOO !!!!
Powder took the breed three days in a row. Springfield KC April 20th under Jean Fournier, Pioneer Valley KC under Marie Falconer, and South Windsor KC under Nancy Barrett.
On April 7, 2012, Ch White Magic’s Shalamar Sherie, CGC took Best Veteran at the Minuteman Samoyed Club specialty. Shalli will be 12 on July 30, 2012. Shalli is Zima’s foundation bitch.
On April 14, 2012, GCh. Zima’s Porosha of White Magic, Shalli’s granddaughter, took the breed at the Rhode Island Kennel Club under Judge Norman Kenney – but only Best of Opposite on Sunday.

Powder’s 2nd major at Rockland County KC on 2/27/10, handled by Dana Parrma. Dana is Carrie Collier’s daughter and has been handling winning dogs since she was eight years old. She has always shown as an adult, never a junior handler.
